• Contractors are monitored and surveyed on their quality of service on a monthly basis.
• Contractors are carefully screened before they become a AHS Contractor.

If you have an AHS Home Warranty, you'll simply call our toll-free number 1-800-776-4663, or log on to www.ahsservice.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to report the problem. AHS will then notify a local, pre-screened, licensed technician who will contact you within 4 hours during normal business hours, 48 hours on weekends and holidays, to schedule a mutually convenient appointment time.
